Symptoms of a toxic work environment
Bad communication and unclear direction

Team members unwilling to lean into change

Poor boundaries between colleagues / managers

How can you protect yourself?
Clarify whether the space is challenging or truly toxic
Know your rights & understand company policy
Identify a trusted confidante outside of the organization to talk to
Document everything. Keep track of situations, actors, dates, exchanges
Practice wellness: find a therapist, counselor, or take time away
